Responsibilities:
- Engage in proactive sales activities, including cold calling, to identify and generate leads for potential buyers of SRE India's real estate properties.
- Call new and current clients to provide property information, address inquiries, and guide them through the sales process.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings to effectively communicate the unique selling points of our properties.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proactive and target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
- Basic knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
