Sales Executive - Fresher [India]


 

Responsibilities:

  • Engage in proactive sales activities, including cold calling, to identify and generate leads for potential buyers of SRE India's real estate properties.
  • Call new and current clients to provide property information, address inquiries, and guide them through the sales process.
  • Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings to effectively communicate the unique selling points of our properties.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Proactive and target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
  • Basic knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
