We are looking for an experienced International customer support to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer service and technical support to customers over the phone. You must be able to communicate effectively in a professional manner and have a good understanding of customer service processes.
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service and technical support via telephone, email, and chat
Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner

Respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and timely manner
Track all customer interactions in the database
Provide accurate information about products and services
Ensure that customers are satisfied with their experience
Monitor customer feedback to improve services
Follow up with customers after each call as needed
Assist with other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Previous experience in international voice process is preferred
Fluency in English
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency with computers
