Qualification Required : BE, MBA (with Logistics or Supply chain management) preferably from reputed management school

Relevant Experience Required:

1. Experience: 3-6 years in design of plastic components especially Automotive Interior, Exterior parts

2. Experience in developing new concepts, innovative part design, part design modification and optimization without affecting part functionality.

3. Knowledge of development process, and knowledge of plastic, trim parts manufacturing.

4. Knowledge of logistics friendly design requirements is desirable.

5. Good Communication

6. Tools : NX (Expertise), Knowledge on Engineering Client / TcAE

7. Experience in plastic automotive Interior, exterior parts Container design knowledge

8. Language skills: Very good knowledge of English, spoken and written. Proficiency in German is added advantage

Job Responsibilities:

Primary:

· Container Planning (Container Design) for BIW, Assembly Parts , PT, Battery, Axles, Transmission

· Innovative Packaging / reuse studies / Green - Sustainable Materials

· PFEP / Packaging / Container Optimization

· Demonstrate an aptitude for understanding & implementing futuristic technologies in the domain.

· Should demonstrate leadership qualities in work setting / outside of work.
