Job Description:
As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. You will be responsible for selling our comprehensive range of advertisement solutions and services to businesses across various industries. Your primary goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets, while effectively promoting our agency's expertise and value proposition.
Responsibilities:
- Should have experience in any of these Advertising agency, FM radio station, Film industry, Event sales.
- Present our agency's services and capabilities in a compelling manner, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Generate new leads and actively seek out potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online research.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, negotiating terms and closing deals to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Experience in delivering sales presentations, handling objections, and negotiating deals with customers.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communication, or a related field is typically preferred. However, equivalent work experience or relevant certifications can also be considered.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, convey product/service information, and negotiate sales.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data, market research, and customer insights to identify opportunities, track performance, and make data-driven decisions.
Salary: 30 to 40k per month + Incentives
