ROLE: Assistant Manager - Business Development
LOCATION: Mumbai, Maharashtra but reporting to Bangalore Office
Looking for candidates who are currently in Mumbai location only
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of sales and marketing as we are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development professional to help us expand.
You will be the Face of the Company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
The role will include the following:
- Lead Generation industry / sector wise in Mumbai and then Maharashtra
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly Client Visitation schedule.
- Utilize all possible channels for new client acquisition from identifying prospects, early engagement to facilitating in the deal closure
- Initiate and manage client engagement by building relationships at Owner / Management Level.
- Prepare Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly and Yearly reports.
- Work closely with the other internal stake holders to identify solutions and provide smooth experience.
- Meet personal and team sales targets.
- Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness. Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
- Updating the CRM.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Experience of working in B2B Sales / General Trade / Services / Solutions
- Business development experience requirement is 1-4 years preferably B2B sales
- Hands-on experience Zoho or any similar CRM software is a plus
- Be presentable & able to hold conversations and negotiations.
- Present / articulate / position an idea compellingly with strong oral and written communication skills in Hindi & English
- Possess a good eye for detail and ability to work effectively under pressure
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Ambitious and ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Preferably MBA
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
