Position: Tele caller in Real Estate

Job Overview:

As a Tele caller in the real estate industry, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential clients and assist in generating leads for the sales team. You will be responsible for promoting real estate projects, providing information about available properties, and scheduling appointments for site visits. Your goal is to engage potential buyers and convince them to take further interest in the properties being offered.

Key Responsibilities:

· Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads for the sales team.

· Introduce and promote real estate projects, emphasizing their unique selling points and benefits.

· Provide detailed information about available properties, including location, features, pricing, and payment options.

· Answer customer inquiries and address any concerns or objections regarding the properties.

· Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and maintain a positive relationship.

· Maintain a database of customer information, ensuring accuracy and regular updates.

· Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate appointments for site visits or meetings with clients.

· Achieve set targets and quotas for lead generation and conversion.

· Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

· Maintain a professional and courteous demeanour while interacting with clients.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Persuasive and convincing ability to engage potential clients over the phone.

· Good knowledge of the real estate industry, property types, and market trends.

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust.

· Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

· Attention to detail and good organizational skills for maintaining accurate records.

· Target-oriented mindset with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve sales goals.

· Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

· Patience and persistence to handle objections and rejection professionally.

· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
