Job Description:
- Taking inbound calls from US customers
- Making outbound calls to International customers
- Providing excellent customer service experience
- Create PNRs, make reservations and sell airline tickets
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Fluency in English, spoken and written communication.
- Excellent Communication Skills, both on the phone and in writing.
- Highly motivated and excellent seller.
- 2-5 year of job experience. Experience in US travel ticket booking process.
- Team player.
