Customer Service Executive - Import / Export - CHA


 
  • Complete coordination with the client for clearance of the shipment
  • Coordination with external agencies like shipping line, Forwarders etc
  • Internal coordination with operation team, Documentation Team, Accounts Team transport department etc
  • Keeping track of shipments and coordinate with client for documents and further filing
  • Day to day updation in software
  • Preparation and submission of monthly reports
  • Preparing fund requirement and preparing for Billing

Required Skills:

  • Good communication (verbal & written) and extraordinary presentation skills
  • Basic knowledge about Import / Export process
  • Good in Data Analysis Skill
  • Experience in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Outlook
  • Problem solving Skill
  • Handles multiple tasks, switches priorities and focuses as needed.
  • Candidate should be focused on following up independently and deliver results

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
