- Handling various administrative and clerical responsibilities such as answering phone calls, taking and conveying messages, making appointments, excel reports, ordering office supplies, etc.
- Assisting the HR & Training department in scheduling time slots for onboarding candidates, from abroad, travelling for official meetings, etc.
- Scheduling inter-departmental meetings, coordinating the time schedules with the employees, and arranging food and other necessities (when necessary).
- Handling and managing calendar schedules of management, making copies of required documents for the meetings, making travel arrangements, booking hotels and conference rooms, arranging for audio-video equipment for the meetings
- Organizing, compiling, and updating company records and documentation
- Liaising with internal and external vendors for smooth administrative functioning
- Coordinating with the housekeeping staff for daily activities
- Managing System Admin personnel and their work
- Helping the departments in other ad-hoc work
