Manager - Administration
Reports to
Principal of the School and Director Operations.
Dept./School
Assigned campus of World Peace School.
Key Result Areas: -The Overall in-charge, Administrator & also responsible to run the school in (24 X7) with the effective administration with Overall “Security & Safety” to meet the various challenge’s & also to fulfil the all exceptions from TOP management & also School authority (Principal) for smooth operations in General Administration and Facility Management.
· Security – Security & Safety Managements, General Safety & Firefighting Operations of Entire Main Infra Front Office, Receptions Area & entire Office management, House Keeping for entire school, Fleet Managements including Pick-up & Drop of All teachers & Students at all defined areas, Travel Management for entire staffs to arrange the activities, All Purchase & Procurements e.g. All types of Stationeries, Various Furniture & other Assets, & other AMC for Machinery & Instruments, Physical archival solution for the organization.
· Property Management – To maintain internal compliance. Campus upkeep and cleanliness as per the School Standards.
· Billing and timely Payments – All admin. Vendor invoice processing and analysis with Corporate for payments.
· Insurance – Annual Insurance of company assets including all own Vehicles & others fix Assets.
· Maintenance & Up-Keep Management: For entire Infra.
General administration – Travel, Stationery, AMC, Housekeeping, Security, Telecom. Office Management of physical archival solution for the School.
· Billing and timely Payments – All admin. Vendor invoice processing and analysis at PAN India level.
· Insurance – Annual Insurance of company assets including all own Vehicles.
· Vehicle Management – For Hired & Company Owned, Paid OWN for transport arrangements.
· AMC Maintenance Contract: (AMC) of UPS, AC, Generator, VC equipment, Fire alarm system and Sprinklers if any, CCTV & other equipment renewals & yearly Maintenance.
· Vendor’s Management - finalization of service level agreement with due permission from the Management and School Principal and with due discussion with Regional Admin Manager.
· Telecommunication & Mobile Services Management – New landline and mobile connections.
· Budgeting and Cost Management - Monitoring and control on actual expenses.
· Key role in various school level functions for smoother and fine execution.
· Coordinate with the various Departments in the School the smooth functioning of school operations.
- To follow the instructions given by the Management from time to time.
· High-lights: -
· Effectiveness drives towards the improvement initiatives in the administrative, Facility & day-to-day function.
· Develop the systems and procedures of all administrative activities for smooth functioning and ensure that all procedures are followed strictly.
· The Cost control measures in order to continually drive improvement initiatives towards the entire operations. Achieved all targets which have planned for growth of establishments.
· Functioned as core admin member and headed the Administration & Facilities Infrastructures.
· Ensured adherence with the compliance to Hygiene standards.
· Played a pivotal role in saving over administrative costs by setting monthly requisition, billing procedures, and purchase & inventory systems in all departments.

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
