Job description

Role & responsibilities

  • Understanding customers requirements by asking questions.
  • Maintained and updated the customer database.
  • Respond to customer queries & customer concern.
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers.
  • Responsible for managing the contacts, making calls and follow up on leads.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Should have 1 year of experience in tele calling.
  • Should have good communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
