Role & responsibilities
- Understanding customers requirements by asking questions.
- Maintained and updated the customer database.
- Respond to customer queries & customer concern.
- Provide excellent customer service to customers.
- Responsible for managing the contacts, making calls and follow up on leads.
Preferred candidate profile
- Should have 1 year of experience in tele calling.
- Should have good communication skills.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
